Requesting a quote: You can contact us only by completing the provided form or using the listed contact details (phone or email). Submitting the form does not constitute an order; it is merely an inquiry or a request for a quote.
3. Prices and taxes
The prices shown on the website are gross consumer prices and always include the value-added tax (VAT) required by law. Prices are for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to change prices until a final written quote is issued.
4. Legal compliance (F-Gas regulation)
Under the applicable Government Decree 85/2016 (IV. 5.), when selling equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases to an end user, the seller must verify that the equipment will be installed by a certified company.
If you wish to purchase only the equipment from us, you must submit a completed End-User Certificate to make the purchase.
Our company holds the professional permits required for installation and sales.
5. Limitation of liability
The Operator makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on the website (technical descriptions, images, and prices), but accepts no liability for typographical errors or incorrect information resulting from technical faults. Manufacturers may change product specifications without prior notice.

Exception: If installation requires a regulatory notification (a report to the National Climate Protection Authority), we transfer the data to the Authority to comply with our legal obligation.
