We provide regular maintenance according to the agreed schedule and notify the customer of the appointment in advance. For repairs arising during air-conditioner maintenance, only the installed material is charged. Contracted partners receive priority for scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs. We keep parts and other equipment primarily in stock for contracted partners. If a fault occurs within one week after maintenance, we do not charge labour, providing a quality guarantee for our maintenance work.
With a maintenance contract, our company undertakes to keep the maintained equipment running continuously. If a fault cannot be repaired immediately or within 24 hours after the call-out, we inform the operator of the expected repair time. If this is expected to exceed 72 hours, we arrange the immediate installation of a backup unit.
Depending on the customer’s needs, we can provide call-out times within 6 or 12 hours and maintain 24-hour weekend duty. As our company is based in Szigetszentmiklós, no separate mileage fee is charged in the surrounding area.
We recommend the operating-hour inspections specified in the manufacturer’s manuals. Many years of practical experience show that demanding technical installations may require a permanent standby service. If requested, we can provide a permanently available service team and keep the required maintenance materials in stock according to the manufacturer’s manual.
